Suriname AI Consultant Nears Completion: Points of Interest Data Integration and Latest News Retrieval Underway
The development of the Suriname AI Consultant service is progressing rapidly, and we’re excited to announce that we have almost completed the retrieval of essential Points of Interest (POI) data. This includes detailed information on hotels, guest houses, apartments, shops, public services, and more — all carefully collected from trusted websites across Suriname.
Tonight marks a major milestone: all gathered information will be converted into vector-based content and securely stored in the powerful QDrant back-end storage system. This step is critical to enable advanced semantic search and AI-powered insights.
Once the data storage process is complete, the Suriname AI Consultant will be launched for testing at https://Demo.CaribRegistry.com/. This demo phase will allow us to fine-tune the system and ensure a smooth user experience before full public release.
In addition to Points of Interest, we recently decided to expand the service by integrating the latest news articles from multiple Surinamese news websites. This fresh content will also be incorporated into the AI Consultant, with daily updates to keep users informed with the most current information.
